1. Your property is marketed and handled as a full service listing.
2. We will take professional quality interior and exterior digital photos.
3. Property virtual or video tours are available. (Additional fee applies.)
4. Professional yard sign installed after listing appointment.
5. Directional signs to help increase area exposure.
6. Brochure box with flyers attached to yard sign, when appropriate.
7. Use of key lock box to help increase showing flexibility.
8. Create an effective property description that conveys selling features.
9. Submit the property listing to the Multiple Listing Service.
10. Offer 2.4% co-broke commission to other brokers who successfully find a buyer.
11. Input the property listing with photos on our websites.
12. Submit as a “Showcase Listing” with additional photos and text to realtor.com.
13. Listing gets uploaded from the MLS to wihomes.com and other websites.
14. Prepare custom color flyers with photos and property details.
15. Prepare property information packet and make available to prospective buyers.
16. Mortgage rate sheets that highlight different financing options are available.
17. Mail “Just Listed” postcards to immediate area, when appropriate.
18. Discuss the listing with other area agents who may have potential buyers.
19. Email marketing of property to area realtors is available.
20. Include property in our periodic newsletters to former clients and customers.
21. Follow up with all showings for feedback and report back to sellers.
22. Conduct periodic open houses, when appropriate.
23. Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel advertising available.
24. Homes.com Magazine advertising available.
25. Select advertising available in various local publications.
